Jean Reilly is a Paralegal in the commercial property department at Pompherys. We caught up with Jean and asked her about her time at Pomphreys.
How did you end up in this role?
I joined Pomphreys in June 1996 straight from school. At that time our offices were based in Belhaven Terrace, Wishaw. My first role was an office junior. Since then, I have progressed to my current role as a paralegal, working for Robert Allan in commercial property.
What aspects of your job do you find most fulfilling?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is interacting with clients.
Could you describe your day at Pomphreys?
In a typical day, I’ll send and receive emails to and from clients and other solicitors. I’ll also make and receive telephone calls to and from clients and other solicitors. I deal with document and correspondence production.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
What do you appreciate most about working at Pomphreys?
I have had the opportunity to start working with the firm as an office junior and to have progressed to the position I now hold.
